ABOUT THE BAYOU

I founded Nana's Bayou Bakery in January of 2025 because as a dessert FANATIC, I found that no bakeries in my area were offering a true Southern experience with vibrant flavors like in my hometown of New Orleans. I wanted to bridge that gap and provide a unique experience not only in New Jersey, but across every state. I grew up learning to bake with my Nana, Patricia, and I saw the effect her delicious pound cakes had with our family and friends during every holiday, celebration, or regular Sunday dinner. This kind of love is what I long to bring to your homes and loved ones. I'm a firm believer that one of the first places community is nurtured is in the KITCHEN, and I'm thrilled to take you on this journey with me.
